New Lens Materials
If you have tried lenses in the past and found them too dry, or if you already wear them and would like your lenses to be more comfortable, it’s worth trying some of the newer materials that have been launched in recent months.
These new lenses, incorporate new ingredients that make the lenses less likely to dehydrate. Some like Acuvue Oasys 1 day with hydralux technology, which has a tear infused design that integrates with the patients own tear film to help reduce symptoms of tired eyes and dryness.
