Can I order sunglasses that are not listed on your website?

In some cases yes, if you have a particular pair of sunglasses you are looking for, please contact [email protected] or call 03301 13 98 55

Can I cancel my order once placed?

In some circumstances this may be possible, but only via email, so please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes, we deliver worldwide, please see Delivery & Returns for more information. If you have any further questions please contact [email protected]

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards including Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro & American Express. Alternatively, we also accept PayPal & SagePay.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Our Customer Care team are here to help, simply email [email protected] or call 03301 13 98 55.

My order was confirmed, but I later received an email saying one of the items was out of stock, why is this?

Although this does not happen often, it is possible for items to become out of stock before our systems have updated. If this is the case we will give you the option to wait for the item to come back into stock, choose an alternative product or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, we will refund the order as soon as possible.

2. My Account

I want to register for an account but I don’t want to receive marketing emails, how do I do this?

You will only receive marketing emails if you sign up to our newsletter. If you do not sign up, you will not receive marketing emails. You will still receive any emails regarding your order(s).

Will you share my details with other people or companies?

No, we never pass on and details to other companies. For more information about how we handle your details please see our Privacy Policy.

I have forgotten my password, should I just create a new account?

No, if you go to the Login page, simply click on “Forgot Your Password”. This will take you to a new screen where you can enter the email address you registered with. You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

Why do I need to create an account?

You do not have to create an account to purchase sunglasses from us, however creating an account will allow you to track your orders, create a wish list, save details for an easier and faster checkout in the future and much more.

3. Delivery & Returns

I have placed my order but I want to change the delivery address, how do I do this?

How do I know what’s going on with my delivery?

We will keep you updated vis email but you can log in to your account and track your order any time.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

If someone is in to accept the delivery, then the postman may ask for a signature. However, we can also deliver to selected Safe place or a card may be posted through the letterbox notifying you of an attempted delivery. If this is the case, please see the card for further instructions.

Do you deliver oversees?

How much is delivery?

What do the sizes mean on sunglasses?

Sunglasses come in many different sizes, for more information see our Buying guide where you can see what all the different measurements mean.

How can I find out if the item I want is available on your website?

If you have a model reference or know the brand you can use the search function on the top right of the site. Otherwise you can contact one of our customer care representatives, who can let you know if we have or can get your chosen sunglass.

I have seen a pair of sunglasses on a celebrity that I want, but I don’t know what they are, can I buy them from you?

We can definitely try to get these sunglasses for you, simply email a picture of the sunglasses to [email protected] and we will try to identify and source them for you.

Can I get student discount on your website?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer student discount

I want a discount; how do I get a promotional code?
