• About You:
  You will be skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, committed to patient care and possess a can-do attitude.

• Your responsibilities will include:

  • practice administration

  • meeting and greeting patients and customers

  • booking appointments both over the phone and in-person

  • maintaining high standards of store presentation

  • supporting the clinical and dispensing staff with the day-to-day running of the business

A high level of written and spoken English is essential.

Minimum 2 years Optical Experience required.

5 days a week including Saturday.
