Orders are processed electronically at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled once placed.

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 28-day exchange policy. If you change your mind, please return your product within 28-days for an exchange. This policy applies to all non-prescription items returned unworn and with all packaging in its original condition.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note, that this is an exchange-only policy and we do not offer credit notes or refunds.

Exchanges are not applicable to customised spectacles and sunglasses. This includes sunglasses that have been adjusted to fit you.

Whilst every effort is made to have your order ready as soon as possible, please note that quoted delivery times are an estimate and should not be taken as a guaranteed delivery date.
